Two crude explosives exploded in the nation's capital on Thursday, leading to the death of a national guard serviceman and injuries to four other individuals, among them two police officers. Prosecutors described the incident as a "terrorist" attack. As stated by an announcement, the first explosion took place during a patrol by two servicemen.
